Who runs this & affiliation

This help center is operated by the makers of BotLine (our own product). It is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed by Trucker Tools, Descartes / MacroPoint, Samsara, or Motive. Those product names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

Disclosure:because BotLine is our own product, our guides and AI assistant may recommend BotLine (for example, as a no-app check-in alternative) where it fits. Treat that as a disclosed recommendation from the product's makers, not neutral third-party advice.

Safety & compliance

This site is intended for motor carriers operating in the United States and Canada. You are responsible for following all USDOT / FMCSA regulations and applicable laws, including ELD mandates. Never text, hold, or operate a phone while driving — stop in a safe, legal location first. Use any tracking feature only in compliance with the law.

The AI assistant

The assistant can be wrong or misunderstand. Verify anything important with the official source or a person at your broker or carrier before relying on it. Don't submit sensitive personal or financial information through the chat.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no scraping or automated abuse beyond reasonable use, no attempts to disrupt the service, and no using the assistant or API to harass, deceive, or break the law.
