This is a free, independent help center. We built it to answer load-tracking questions — not to collect data about you. No accounts, no logins, no advertising, no third-party ad trackers, and we never sell, rent, or share your information.
No tracking cookies
We don't use cookies or pixels to follow you around the web. If you use the chat, your conversation is saved only in your own browser(local storage) so you can pick it back up — it stays on your device and you can clear it anytime with "Clear chat."
The AI assistant (Charlene)
When you send a message in the chat, that message is transmitted to our AI provider (Google, which powers the model) to generate a reply. We keep limited, anonymized conversation logs to improve the assistant and prevent abuse. Please don't share sensitive personal, financial, or account informationin chat — you don't need to in order to get tracking help.
The contact form
If you message us through Contact, we use the name, email, and message you submit only to read and reply. We don't add you to any marketing list.
Server logs
Like every website, our host keeps standard request logs (such as IP address and timestamp) for a short time to keep the site secure and prevent abuse. We don't use them to build a profile of you or to advertise.
Children
This site is intended for professional drivers, carriers, and dispatchers — not for children.
