The Tracking Help Center is a free help center for carrier load tracking. We write plain-English guides and answer questions about sharing your location, setting up the Trucker Tools and MacroPoint driver apps, BotLine check-in links, and connecting Samsara or Motive ELDs.
Who runs this
This help center is operated by the team behind BotLine — BotLine is our own product, so pages about it are first-party. Our guides for the other tools (Trucker Tools, Descartes / MacroPoint, Samsara, and Motive) are independent and not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or endorsed bythose companies. Their names and logos are used only to help you find the right guide; always defer to each provider's official documentation for the latest steps.
What we do and don't do
- We publish how-to guides and an assistant that answers tracking questions.
- We do not ask for passwords, logins, payment, or any account credentials.
- We don't run ads, set tracking cookies, or sell data — see our Privacy Policy.
- For account-specific issues, contact your broker, carrier, or the provider directly.
